Dynea offers engineering services for design of UF (urea-formaldehyde), MUF (melamine-urea-formaldehyde) and PF (phenol-formaldehyde) resin systems tailor made for your requirements. The design is based on more than 50 years of operational experience and design and we have delivered more than 50 batch reactors to different parts of the world.

Dynea also offers safety study services for existing phenolic resin plants as well as simulation tools for sale for both UF and PF Resins, namely “UF Visualizer” and “PhenolSim” respectively. The simulators estimate the chemical composition and thermal response during the batch process dependent on raw material charges and process conditions.

Both simulators have been used as kernels for model predictive control (MPC) to control the temperature and charges in the resin batch process with success.
